Meet Tanya

Tanya is a lifelong competitive athlete, most notably in running and cycling, but has found joy in all varieties of sports. Specifically, she has spent multiple decades as a competitive runner, and over 10 years as a competitive cyclist. She has lived in Marin County over 27 years, raising two daughters and two Labrador Retriever dogs during that time. You can find her on any given day somewhere out on Mt Tamalpais, either on bike or foot.

University of Ca Davis. Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology 1989.

Physical Therapist License Applicant, state of California 1996

CEEAA (Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults) 2012-2013

12+ years experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports injury in Marin county.

Over 45 years as a competitive runner, 10 years as a competitive Master’s cyclist.
